well i was going to upload another vid but i didn't feel like waiting cuz it takes forever. so here's the tour book photos i promised. they're kind of out of order, and i didn't post all of them cuz some are irrelevant. enjoy!

this is a letter, and a postcard underneath it. the letter reads: "Dearest, i'm sorry that such hardship has been bestowed upon someone so kind. there really are no rewards for kindness. only fortification against evil. people mistakenly think that if they lead a kind and generous life, points will add up for good behavior and good things will come their way. I have discovered that his is not the truth. It's more like, bad things happen to everybody. Death, disease, bad luck. These things do not discriminate. my darren crap vlog #2

so i made some vlogs talking about all my darren stuff. this is actually video #2. i deleted #1 cuz i made a bunch of factual mistakes, and because #5 got cut off cuz i didn't have enough space. this took forever for me to upload so i'm just posting one for now. will do the rest later. and will have to make video 1 again eventually. but for now, enjoy! oh, ps, you might want to crank your volume up a little. i tend to mumble like a certain aussie singer ^_~

pps - i made another factual mistake, possible in this video, but it could be a different one. if you catch it, just...shut up. lol. it's more nerve wracking than it looks.

i'm so stupid

i forgot something else Darren said to me in the chat room! ah!

some nut was asking if he (or possibly she...but pretty sure he) could have the jumper Darren wore in the TTMAB video, the one where he's in new york.

i didn't even know he wore a jumper in that video.  apparently he did because he corrected me lol.  how many strikes are we at of me feeling like a moron? 5? yeah, that sounds right...

omg i almost forgot!

Darren actually said one more thing to me in the chat room last night (well, him and like 6 other people lol).

everyone kept saying "snap." so finally i'm like, "why does everybody keep saying snap? am i missing something?"

Darren was the first to respond and said it meant something like, you were going to say the same thing.  for instance (and i'm just making this up lol):

er...something like that.  not quite so black and white though.  lol.

and no, SOR isn't my fave song off TTATS.  it's not a bad song, it's just not my fave cuz i love that album too much to pick a favorite.  i actually love that song =]

no i don't do that. i'm not that obnoxious, even when i want a response.

But he did respond to me THREE times in the chat room.  and thank goodness i was home again! and that he tweeted about it =P

and ugh i'm kicking myself for not taking a screen shot! just cuz i always forget how to do it on a mac, then i had to leave, so i never got a chance and DAMN IT. lol.

anyway, let's see...the first thing he responded to was...*thinking*

oh i remember, we were all talking about meat (?) and i asked (even though i kinda knew the answer) if he was still a vegetarian.  to which he said, no, not since '98. strike 1 of me sounding like a moron.

next we got to talking about how he was arrested for making a "racist" comment.  i said something like 'people always try to play the race card whenever they can.' and he said he was glad though that there are laws that protect people from racism (strike 2) and i totally agreed, but some people take advantage of it.

then we talked about how he's been writing a lot of songs for different artists.  so i asked (and i knew the answer to this too lol) if he would let us know if an artist's single was one he'd written. his response? "OF COURSE CHAINED lol"

at least i'm pretty sure he said lol haha.  "just checking! XD" i replied. strike 3 haha.  hey i can't help it if i have to act like a dumbass to get him to answer me ^_~

i did also try to ask him another question, but he was kind of...not paying attention to the chat room i guess.  he was 'available' but wasn't answering anyone's Q's or typing.  what i was wondering was if he'd covered the song 'i can't make you love me' by someone i don't remember.  i'd heard it last night on 'dancing with the stars' and i could not for the life of me remember where i'd heard it.  then it occurred to me in the chat room (for some reason) that it was probably darren.  he didn't answer, but someone confirmed it.  i knew i hadn't heard it on the radio lol.

so that was my chat room fun for the night.  had to leave though to help my mom with the taxes.  i was surprised how late Darren was in there tho.  should've been like quarter to 4 in the morning in london and he was still talking o_O

Vlogs make me happy

OMG!

Darren totally responded to something i said in the chatroom, which i'm amazed i even made it into! wouldn't it figure that the ONE time i want to use the chat room my computer decides it's going to be ridiculously slow.  this might have something to do with the fact that he tweeted about being in the chat room prompting everyone to flood his website...although you don't really need the website to get into the chat room...so i don't know what the problem was...

ANYWAY, i should've taken a screen shot but everyone was typing so fast and i can never remember how to do it on a mac anyway.  but we were talking about 'smug' and he said something like 'shit on the radio' was put on 'smug' cuz he needed some new stuff for TTATS cuz sony said not one song on it was single material. and i said something like, "not one song??" and he said, "nope, not one."

i definitely went into a fangirl spaz moment but i didn't show it and instead said, "TTATS had so many prospective singles!" or something lame like that. later i asked him if he'd seen 'alice in wonderland' (we got to talking about movies) but there were so many people in the chat room it probably got lost in all the posts.

can't say i really like the chat room though.  this was only my second time in it and i hate that everyone knows each other! i'm like a lurker just watching everyones posts as they talk to each other by name.  it's very cliquey and i don't like it. hopefully darren will mention the next time he's in there again so i don't have to be a lurker while waiting for him.  bleh.

and now that i think about it, i kind of regret my choice of username and avatar.  it feels sort of weird when he's actually there looking at it, as opposed to being on a fan site, where everyone has a darren-related username and pic.  i still like my username, but maybe i'll change my picture lol.
